Open Palm Studios is a boutique Martial Art and Health focused hub, blending together the highest level Kickboxing, to Submission Grappling skills that have been successful across the globe. In addition to this we have a strong Mobility, Joint Conditioning and Breathwork focus, all aimed at self mastery and facilitating our goals and aspirations. The sky is the limit when you facilitate your dreams, and we aim to help you hit those goals.
Who are we?
Jerry Mirk - Head Coach/Massage Therapist
Jerry has had a lifetime of martial arts experience, ranging from the beginning of his journey in Kyokushin Karate at the age of 3, To opening Open Palm Studios with a goal to have a sanctuary where like minded people can work towards their goals in a hyper focused environment catered towards their success.
Roisin McGinn - Massage Therapist
Roisin loves being able to help others with her acquired skills and knowledge and puts them to use within her trade on a variety of differing clients. With a history in care taking, she understands empathy and understanding is necessary within treatments. She carries this to her treatments, where equipped with her knowledge and skills, she aims to care for her clients to her highest abilities.
